shipping & returns
Within the United States we offer flat rate shipping at $8.00 per order for USPS Priority Mail. We do ship worldwide! If your country is not registering as a country that we ship to please just send us an email at email@example.com with your shipping address and we will be able to set up shipping to your location via our website. Packages up to $100 are automatically insured. If you would like to add insurance or signature confirmation please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with this request.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund within 10 days of receipt. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Please print our return form and fill it out and include it in your package, as well as your original receipt. For your protection, please pack your return item securely and return your order with an insured track-able courier and retain your receipt. Kaypea Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned, exchanged or damaged items. We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged items and reserve the sole right to determine if an item has been returned in it's original condition.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us first at email@example.com and we will send you a return/exchange form to fill out and include with your item.
We will repair items within 30 days of purchase. Depending on the cause of the damage, there may be a charge for the repair. Repairs required after 30 days of purchase will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please note that Kaypea Jewelry is not responsible for shipping charges on repair items.
