Within the United States we offer flat rate shipping at $8.00 per order for USPS Priority Mail. We do ship worldwide! If your country is not registering as a country that we ship to please just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your shipping address and we will be able to set up shipping to your location via our website.
You will receive a notification with your order tracking number when you order has shipped. Kaypea Jewelry cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Packages up to $100 are automatically insured through USPS. Low cost order protection is available at check out and is highly recommended to insure your order in case your package is lost, damaged or stolen, especially for orders over $100.
Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges
All orders are final. If you need to change something in your order please email email@example.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund within 10 days of receipt. Custom and made-to-order pieces in especially large or small sizes (outside of ring size 6-8.5) are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. For your protection, please pack your return item securely and return your order with an insured track-able courier and retain your receipt. Kaypea Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned, exchanged or damaged items. We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged items and reserve the sole right to determine if an item has been returned in it's original condition.

We will repair items within 30 days of purchase. Depending on the cause of the damage, there may be a charge for the repair. Repairs required after 30 days of purchase will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please note that Kaypea Jewelry is not responsible for shipping charges on repair items.
