I only work on a handful of custom designs per month so it is best if you have a clear idea of what you are looking for when you enquire. If you don't have a very good idea that can mean a lot of back and forth emails while the available slots get filled in the meantime.

For custom pieces, I typically only make pieces that match my personal style as an artist. If you aren’t already familiar, feel free to browse my instagram gallery for photos of my past work. I request that you send me a photo of a past piece that I have done that you like and I will work with you to recreate it or do something in a similar style. If you have certain aspects that you specifically like or dislike, please let me know! I have a wide variety of stones available for you to choose from for custom pieces. I prefer to work from my stone collection as they have all been individually chosen by me for quality and aesthetic. If stones need to be special ordered this will substantially increase the price. For custom shark tooth pieces I can often cast a tooth that you have found. It must be between 1/4 inch and 2 inches. Not all teeth are well suited to be cast in metal so it is best if you have a few options that you’d be happy with.

CUSTOM ORDER TERMS: Once the design and budget has been agreed upon, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on the custom piece.  Turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks but can be longer in circumstances where special materials need to be ordered. Custom orders are added to the production schedule in the order that payments are received. When the piece is finished, a photo will be sent to the customer along with the final balance. Pricing is calculated based on the weight of the silver used in the final piece along with other materials and time required to make the item.

Custom orders will always be more expensive than ordering the same item from my website due to the additional time it takes to customize an order.

Final payment is required within 14 days. If the final balance payment is not received within the 14 day period the item will be offered to the public and the deposit will not be refunded. This policy is strict so please be prepared to pay your balance promptly.

Please be sure that you are confident in the ring size before ordering! The size cannot be adjusted once the piece is complete! If resizing is required, the entire piece must be deconstructed and rebuilt and there will be a $100 charge for this service.
